WARRANTY INFORMATION


At Grill Tech, our products are designed to inspire joy and creativity every time you step into the kitchen. We build our tools with quality and care, made to last through countless meals and happy moments.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions. Grill Tech warrants to the Original Purchaser that the product will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for the applicable warranty period.

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient, and requires proof of purchase. It is non-transferable and only covers products purchased new from Grill Tech or authorized sellers.

Please note that commercial or restaurant use is not covered under our warranty.

Used, like-new, open-box, clearance, or refurbished products are not covered by this Warranty.


WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCEDURE


If a defect arises during the warranty period please notify us immediately with relevant photos or video of the problem. We will require proof of purchase and/or a valid Order Number / ID. If the claim is deemed valid, Grill Tech may at its sole discretion:


Replace the product one (1) time only, or send a replacement part if deemed repairable. If the product is out of stock we may recommend a similar replacement or issue a refund to the original form of payment.

If the products requires it be sent in for repair, this would be covered for the applicable time of the warranty.

Cost of shipping is not included within the Warranty past 30 days from time of purchase. Customer will be required to pay the cost of shipping for a replacement product, part, or repair, past the 30 days. We will provide an electronic invoice and assist you as needed.


Warranty is limited to the time frame window stated on product packaging, or our website product detail page. Warranty begins at time of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and limited to the yearly period specified.

RETAIL STORE PURCHASES

Grill Tech products sold at retail store locations are not covered by our Warranty, we ask that you return the product directly to the store you purchased it from. On most occasions, if past the return window, the store will still permit a store credit coupon or merchandise credit, but you must verify this with your point of purchase directly, we cannot guarantee a resolution on their behalf.

If you have attempted the above to no avail, you may reach out to us via our portal at grilltech.service@zulay.net and we will do our best to assist or provide you available options at our discretion. Please make sure to upload screenshots of your correspondence with the retail store, or a brief description of what occurred, and most importantly proof of purchase along with a photo of the product.

WARRANTY: Frequently asked questions

 If my warranty claim is valid, can I get a replacement in a different color or an upgraded model?

Yes. If the preferred color or model is of equal or lesser value, we may send it as a replacement pending availability at our discretion. We will not credit or reimburse any remaining balance, once a replacement is issued the warranty claim is closed. If the cost is higher than the original payment, we will send you an invoice to pay the remaining balance.

The same applies if you’d prefer an upgraded model. We’ll help you choose the best option to fit your needs!

Are products purchased from resellers covered?

We do not cover unauthorized resellers (any seller other than Grill Tech), so we hope you can support our business and buy directly from us!

The warranty covers all purchases sold and shipped by Grill Tech on, and only from, the following platforms:

GrillTech.US, Amazon.com, Wayfair.com, Walmart.com, Sears.com, Shop.com, Macys.com, HomeDepot.com, Kohls.com, Lowes.co, BedBathandBeyond.com, Kroger.co, Google Shopping, Ebay.com, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, Youtube.com, Flip Shop, Snappy.com, Pinterest.com, ShopPremiumOutlets.com, UrbanOutfitters.co, US.Shein.co, TiendaMia.com, PayPair.com, Public Square, Violet, Belk, and BestBuy.

Are used products covered under warranty?

Only products purchased in a new condition are covered by our warranty. If the item was re-sold or sold as an “Open box” product or “used” then it is not covered under warranty. If you bought it used or refurbished from Amazon Renewed, they have a 90-day warranty on it, and you can call them up directly so they can take care of you.

What if I don’t have a receipt?

If you received the product as a gift or lost the receipt, send us a message at grilltech.service@zulay.net with a photo of the defective item and your address, and/or the full name of the person who gifted it to you. We will attempt to locate the order for your warranty. You may be required to provide an order ID or similar proof of purchase.

Does warranty cover international purchases or repairs outside the US?

We are a US-based company; therefore, the warranty is applicable for orders/shipments within the US. International claims are subject to individual handling. Contact our support for more questions. 

If the product was purchased in the US and later moved abroad, we will honor the warranty period but all shipping costs must be covered by customer.
