The Grill Tech Wireless Meat Thermometer is intended exclusively for household and culinary use. It has been engineered and tested to measure the internal temperature of food and beverages only.By purchasing and using this Product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  1. Intended Use Only – This Product is not designed, tested, or certified for any medical, laboratory, industrial, or safety-critical applications. It must never be used to measure body temperature or for any purpose other than food preparation.

  2. Proper Handling – The Product must not be exposed to open flames, placed directly on or inside grills, ovens, or other appliances at temperatures beyond its stated operating range. The Product is not waterproof and must not be submerged in liquids or cleaned in a dishwasher.

  3. Battery Safety – The Product contains small batteries which pose a choking and ingestion hazard. Batteries must be kept out of reach of children and pets, inserted only according to instructions, and properly recycled or disposed of in accordance with local laws.

  4. Accuracy Limitations – The Product is designed to provide accurate readings within the tolerances stated in its technical specifications. Grill Tech does not warrant that the Product will prevent foodborne illness or unsafe cooking practices. Users are responsible for following all applicable food safety guidelines.

  5. Misuse & Modifications – Any attempt to modify, tamper with, or use the Product outside of its intended purpose will void the warranty and may result in personal injury or property damage.
